Lillian Robinson

Dr. Lillian Robinson is the training and employee engagement manager for the US Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for Arizona and New Mexico. She travels around the country providing training, coaching, and mentoring for employees, managers, and supervisors. She is a member of the New Mexico Executive Management Team and the Arizona State Leadership Team where she is the only African American woman on either team. As the advisor for the Retention, Engagement, Diversity, and Inclusion team for Arizona, she is responsible for ensuring all employees are treated fairly and are appreciated for what each one brings to the BLM. Before joining BLM, Lillian served her country for 22 years as an Air Force member. She completed her Air Force career as one of the top education and training managers assigned to the 56 Fighter Squadron at Luke Air Force Base. She has a master’s degree in human resource management and a Ph.D. in adult and postsecondary education. She is an adjunct professor at several local universities. Lillian has dedicated her life to making a difference in the lives of others through education and training.
