Deirdre Virvo
Deirdre Virvo has been a full-time real estate investor and entrepreneur since 2007, after leaving her successful career as an advertising executive and agency owner. Her company, CT Property Network, specializes in negotiating short sales, renovating and flipping houses, buying rentals, and acquiring and holding residential and commercial buildings. She prides herself in the fact that she has helped more than a thousand families avoid foreclosure. Deirdre wrote and teaches a continuing education course on buying distressed properties, short sales, auctions, and foreclosures for real estate agents in Connecticut. She is a founding member of the SoCT Real Estate Investors Association. She is the coauthor of two books: Be a Success Maverick, and Home to Home, The Step by Step Senior Housing Guide. Her passion for seniors led her to open Just Like Home, LLC, a boutique senior residence for seniors with memory care needs. Deirdre teaches workshops to help seniors and their families create a housing roadmap to honor seniors’ wishes and prepare for eldercare.
